The Town of Frederick Scholarship application and nomination forms are available now to all graduating high school seniors that live in Frederick. Apply by April 5 or nominate a student by March 29!

The town awards two four-year scholarships per year for high school students that reside in the Town of Frederick (one for a male student and one for a female student). Students must be graduating from an accredited high school or home school program.

In 1992, the Community Foundation honored Charles “Charlie” A. Nicodemus, past chairman of the board for a lifetime of service at a reception held for donors at the then F&M Bank. Charlie is flanked on the left by Charles W. Hoff, III, then president of F&M Bank and also a former Community Foundation chairman, and F. Lawrence Silbernagle, Community Foundation chairman at the time. Charlie continues to serve his community to this day!
